The company is seeking a professional with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience using Microsoft SQL Server and/or Microsoft Analysis services (OLAP). You must have some experience with ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading) tools. This position will include working closely with the soon to be release Microsoft PerformancePoint Server solution. If you have created reporting and/or budgeting models with Cognos, Hyperion, Outlooksoft, Business Objects, or similar Business Intelligence applications you are the right candidate for this position.

For ten years the company has been implementing budgeting, reporting and analysis applications on the Microsoft SQL Server platform. Based on quickly growing market demand, we are now building up our Business Intelligence practice. You will be performing the following task for our clients:
- Developing the financial data mart for the Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting application
- Create integrations to multiple data sources
- Develop hierarchies in the DW
- Reconciliation of data
- Scheduling of jobs to load data.
Qualifications
Product Knowledge
- SQL Server 2005
- Structured Query Language (SQL)
- DTS Packages, SSIS in SQL 2005 a plus
- OLAP (MS Analysis Services)
- MDX experience
- ProClarity experience a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of budgeting and/or financial reporting a plus

Job #2 – Consultant – Financial Reporting and Budgeting Software
Description
You will be implementing the Microsoft PerformancePoint Server for large enterprises.
Details
You will be based anywhere, and you will have implementation assignments across the United States. Some work may be performed from the office, but up to 50-60% travel is possible.
Responsibilities
- Research and understand the clients current financial forecasting, planning and reporting requirements.
- Interact with client personnel at all levels from financial analysts and IT specialists to the CFO and CIO.
- Organize and lead project meetings with key contacts within the client organization.
- Provide architectural advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, approaches, and models relevant to the client's project.
- Independently design, develop and implement the recommended solution (some clients will have more than one consultant assigned to the project)
- Train Customers on how to administer and maintain the developed model.
- Create technical and end user model documentation
- Help support and maintain the model post-implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor degree (MBA and or CPA degree could be a plus, but not a requirement). Must have prior experience with budgeting and/or reporting software (knowledge of products like Hyperion Enterprise, Hyperion Planning, Comshare, Cognos Planning, and OLAP tools is highly desirable).
Your experience should include several years in accounting, financial and enterprise software implementation, project management, consulting and training. Client/Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Web applications and Microsoft Excel experience a strong plus.
Must demonstrate effective self-manag ement, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.

Job #7 – Navision Implementation Consultant
A Navision Implementation Consultant will be focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft's Navision ERP solution. The Consultant will have developed deep technical or functional skills in Navision that will be used in performing these tasks. Consultants will also play a project management role for smaller clients and projects. A Consultant will be part of one or multiple teams that will use problem-solving skills to develop and implement Navision for companies clients. Each Consultant will be placed on a project team that will be defined and organized according to the skills and experience required for the implementation.
The consultant will be familiar with software implementation and structured implementation methodologies. A Navision Implementation Consultant will spend a majority of their time executing tasks related to client delivery. Most of this client time will be focused on detailed project tasks. A small portion of client time will be spent on project management tasks. A Consultant will also be expected to participate in team building and to develop team and client relationships. Any non-client time will be spent on personal training, internal projects and administrative tasks.
